大阪 城東区 道路が冠水 周辺で交通規制 警察など原因を調査
10日朝、大阪・城東区で地中から大量の水があふれているのが見つかりました。周辺では交通規制が行われていて、市の水道局が原因を調べています。

午前9時半ごろ、NHKのヘリコプターが上空から撮影した映像では、道路から水が噴き出している様子がわかります。また、近くの公園も広い範囲で水につかっているのが確認できます。
警察によりますと、10日午前7時すぎ、大阪・城東区の東中浜小学校の付近で、「道路に水があふれている」と近くを通りかかった人から通報がありました。
警察は午前7時半から周囲で交通規制を行い、住民に注意を呼びかけています。けが人はいないということです。
また、現場では大阪市水道局の担当者が水が漏れ出した原因を調べています。
現場近くの東中浜小学校では10日、児童が登校して避難訓練を行う予定でしたが、中止にしたということです。
現場は、大阪メトロ中央線の緑橋駅から北東に500メートルほどの住宅街です。
「ゴーッと水が噴き出している音がした」
現場にいた女性は「午前7時くらいに犬の散歩に出たときに水があふれていました。ゴーッと水が噴き出している音がしました。近くでこんなことが起きたのは初めてです」と話していました。
「薄い茶色の濁った水が出た」
近くに住む女性は、「外出先から自宅に戻ると近くの道路が冠水していて、午前9時ごろに断水に備えて水道の水をバケツにためておこうとしたら、薄い茶色の濁った水が出ました。いまは濁りはほぼ解消されていますが、まだ飲み水などには使えないと思います。早く透き通ったきれいな水が出てくるようになってほしいです」と話していました。
