愛知 東郷町長“継続的に複数職員にハラスメント” 第三者委
愛知県東郷町が設置した第三者委員会は、井俣憲治町長が継続的に複数の職員に対しパワハラやセクハラなどさまざまなハラスメントを行ってきたとする報告書を提出しました。
第三者委員会の報告書は、町の職員ら739人を対象にアンケートを実施した結果、パワーハラスメントやセクシュアルハラスメントなど、町長から何らかのハラスメントを受けたという回答が、延べ108人から寄せられたとしています。
具体的には、会議や事務説明の場で「死ね」「三流大学以下」などと職員の存在や能力を否定する発言や、「早く降格してくれ」などと人事上の不利益な取り扱いを示唆する発言をしていたことが確認されたとして、7種類の言動をパワハラと認定しています。
また、「あなたは妊娠していないの？」といった発言や、着ぐるみの中に女性職員が入っていることを認識しながら抱きつく行為もしていたとして、4種類の言動をセクハラに該当するとしています。
このほか、男性の育休取得に否定的な発言や出産の予定を確認する発言について、マタニティーハラスメントに認定しています。
そして報告書では「2018年5月に就任して以降、継続的に複数の職員にさまざまなハラスメントを行ってきた」としています。
そのうえで「町長は職員を成長させるために厳しく指導していると考えていた節があるが、厳しい指導の延長線上でパワハラ発言が許されるという考えは誤った考えである」と指摘しています。
第三者委員会は23日に記者会見を開き、報告書の内容を詳しく説明することにしています。
一方、井俣町長は、これまで進退については第三者委員会の報告を受けてから検討したいという考えを示していて、今月26日前後に記者会見を開くとしています。
