JA全農とちぎ 新米の「概算金」追加支払いへ
ことしの新米を集めるため生産者に仮払いする「概算金」について、JA全農とちぎは先月定めた金額にさらに3000円上乗せする形で追加の支払いを行う方針を決めたことが分かりました。
集荷競争が過熱するなかで確実にコメを確保するためだとしていて、この時期に追加の支払いを決めるのは異例だということです。
「概算金」はJAが生産者からコメを集める際に仮払いするものです。
JA全農とちぎは先月、ことしのコシヒカリの概算金を60キロあたり2万8000円と決め、去年より1万1700円高く、記録が残る平成20年以降で最も高い額となっていました。
しかし、関係者によりますと、集荷業者との間で買い取り競争が過熱していることから、コメが出回るこの時期に確実にJAとして確保するため、コシヒカリについてさらに3000円上乗せする形で追加の支払いを行う方針を9日開かれたJAの運営委員会で決めたということです。
これにより、コシヒカリの概算金は3万1000円となり、すでに集荷されたものについてもさかのぼってこの額が支払われるということです。
概算金の額を決めたあと、2週間ほどで追加の支払いの方針が決まるのは異例だということです。
JA全農とちぎは「取引先へ1年を通して安定して供給する責任を果たすために、追加の支払いを決めた」と話しています。
