アンガールズ田中、レモンを使った手作りスイーツに絶賛の声「お菓子も作れちゃうんですか！？」「紅茶に合いそう」
お笑いコンビ・アンガールズの田中卓志さんが5月4日にInstagramを更新。手作りの「レモンポセット」を披露しました。

これまでにもInstagramで手料理を公開している田中さん。
「レモン果汁取って、レモンの皮を器にしてレモンポセット作りました」
と切り出し、作る工程の写真を投稿しています。
写真に写っているのは、濃い黄色をした3つのレモン。2枚目以降では半切りにして果肉をきれいにくり抜いたレモンや、フライパンでクリームを加熱する様子などが公開されています。でき上がったレモンポセットはレモンの皮にこってりとしたクリームが詰められており、目にも楽しい仕上がりですね！
クリームに砂糖やレモン果汁などを加えて冷やして作るスイーツ、レモンポセット。
田中さんは
「ちょい失敗したけどまぁまぁ美味しかったです」
と率直な味の感想をつづりました。
この投稿には
