家事代行のベアーズ、日用品の代理注文サービス
ベアーズは、カインズと連携し、家事代行サービスを定期利用客を対象に、日用品の代理発注を自動で行なうサービスを4月18日から開始した。

日用品の自動代理発注サービスは、「日用品・消耗品の在庫管理、買い物が負担となっている」という顧客の声に応えて実現。サービススタッフが毎回の家事代行サービス時に、購入商品リストに登録された日用品の在庫をチェックする。
残量が少ない場合は、スタッフアプリの注文ボタンから日用品を発注する。注文情報は自動でカインズに送られ、利用客の自宅に商品が届く。確認漏れがないよう、スタッフの入室時、退出時には在庫確認のアラートが出される。
商品リスト、上限金額は利用客がスマホのアプリから設定できるほか、利用客の自宅を訪問するコーディネーター、サポートデスクスタッフが代理で行なうことも可能。
同サービス実現の背景には、利用客向けスマホアプリ「ベアーズ」、スタッフ向けワークアプリ「マイベアーズ」と、商品の検索、取り置きができる「カインズオンラインショップ」の一部機能でAPI連携が実現したことを挙げている。これらにより、スタッフがお金を預かり、不足した日用品の買い物を代行するといった方法よりも効率的に日用品の買い物ができるようになった。
