7月の実質賃金 7か月ぶりプラスに ボーナスなど高い伸び率で
ことし7月の働く人1人当たりの現金給与の総額は、基本給などが増加したほか、ボーナスなどが前の年の同じ月より大きく伸びた結果、43か月連続のプラスとなり、物価を反映した実質賃金が7か月ぶりにプラスとなりました。
厚生労働省は全国の従業員5人以上の事業所3万余りを対象に「毎月勤労統計調査」を行っていて、ことし7月分の速報値を公表しました。
それによりますと、基本給や残業代、ボーナスなどをあわせた現金給与の総額は、1人当たりの平均で41万9668円と前の年の同じ月に比べて4.1％増え、43か月連続のプラスでした。
このうち、基本給などに当たる所定内給与は、27万827円と2.5％の増加となり、ボーナスなど特別に支払われた給与は、12万8618円と7.9％の高い伸び率でした。
こうしたことから、物価の変動分を反映した実質賃金は、前の年の同じ月に比べて3.6％増え、7か月ぶりにプラスに転じました。
厚生労働省は「所定内給与は堅調に増加していて、ボーナスの額を増やす事業所も多かったことから実質賃金がプラスに転じたとみられる。一方、物価高も続いているため、物価が安定するまでは実質賃金の動向を注視したい」とコメントしています。
