4月の生活保護申請件数 全国で4か月ぶり減少に転じる 厚労省
ことし4月の生活保護の申請件数は全国で2万601件で、前の年の同じ月と比べると0.9％減りました。厚生労働省によりますと直近10年の同じ月では3番目に多いということです。
厚生労働省によりますと、ことし4月に申請された生活保護の件数は全国で2万601件で、前の年の同じ月に比べて195件、率にして0.9％減りました。
生活保護の申請は前の年の同じ月と比べると、ことし1月以降3か月連続で上回りましたが、4か月ぶりに減少に転じました。
また、生活保護の受給をことし4月に新たに始めたのは1万8199世帯で、前の年の同じ月に比べて634世帯、率にして3.4％減りました。
生活保護を受給している世帯は全国で164万3444世帯と前の年の同じ月に比べて4409世帯、率にして0.3％減少しています。
厚生労働省は「生活保護の申請件数は、去年の同じ月に比べると減少しているが、直近10年の同じ月で見ると3番目に多く、今後の動向に注視していきたい。生活に困っている人はためらわずに自治体の窓口に相談してほしい」とコメントしています。
