長野 中野 4人殺害事件 被告初公判 起訴内容について「黙秘」
おととし、長野県中野市で女性2人と警察官2人のあわせて4人が殺害された事件で、殺人などの罪に問われている34歳の被告の初公判が長野地方裁判所で開かれ、被告は起訴された内容について「黙秘します」と述べ、弁護側は事実関係と刑事責任能力について争う考えを示しました。
長野県中野市の農業、青木政憲被告（34）は、おととし5月、近くに住む竹内※やす子さん（70）と村上幸枝さん（66）をナイフで刺し、通報を受けて駆けつけた中野警察署の警察官、池内卓夫さん（61）と玉井良樹さん（46）を猟銃で撃つなどしてあわせて4人を殺害したとして殺人などの罪に問われています。
4日、長野地方裁判所で開かれた裁判員裁判の初公判で青木被告は起訴された内容について「黙秘します」と述べ、被告の弁護士は事実関係と刑事責任能力について争う考えを示しました。
これに対し、検察は冒頭陳述で「被告は被害者の女性2人から『ひとりぼっち』などと言われているという妄想を抱き、ナイフを購入し、刃をといでさらに鋭く加工していた」と説明しました。
そのうえで、「女性2人を殺害したあと警察官を殺害するため猟銃を持ち出したほか、女性の遺体を台車で運んで隠した」と述べ、完全責任能力があったと主張しました。
一方、弁護側は裁判の前に争点を整理する「公判前整理手続き」では、被告は責任能力が著しく弱まった心神耗弱の状態だったと主張したほか、4日の裁判では、「事件当時、統合失調症の症状が悪化している状態だった」と述べました。
