イランへの国連制裁 安保理で回避決議案が否決 制裁再発動へ
イランに対する国連の制裁が再び発動される期限が迫る中、国連の安全保障理事会で発動を回避するための決議案の採決が行われましたが、否決されました。これでイランに対する制裁が日本時間の28日に発動される見通しになりました。
イランに対する国連の制裁は、2015年に欧米などとの間で成立した「核合意」で解除されましたが、イギリス、フランス、ドイツは、イランが合意に違反して核開発を進めたとして、制裁の発動に向けた手続きを進めています。
制裁の発動を回避するには、日本時間の28日までに国連の安保理で決議を採択する必要があり、26日、ロシアと中国が提出した決議案の採決が行われましたが、15か国のうち賛成は4か国にとどまり、決議案は否決されました。
今回の決議案は、制裁の発動を回避するための最後の試みとみられていて、否決されたことで、日本時間の28日、制裁が再び発動される見通しになりました。
会合で欧米の国々は、IAEA＝国際原子力機関へのイラン側の協力が不十分だなどと非難しました。
これに対してイランのアラグチ外相は、IAEAの査察官がイランの核施設を査察しているとして協力姿勢を示したうえで「危険なエスカレーションへの道を開いた」と述べ、制裁の発動を強くけん制しました。
