お笑いコンビ「たんぽぽ」の川村エミコさんが6月30日にInstagramを更新。自身の手料理を披露しました。

情報番組『ヒルナンデス！』（日本テレビ系）で1カ月にわたるダイエット企画に挑戦していた川村さん。
今回の投稿では「さつまいもサラダほんと美味しくてもう3回作ってます」と、ダイエット期間中に食べていたという手料理を披露しました。
川村さんが手に持っているのは、つぶしたサツマイモにクリームチーズが混ざったポテトサラダ。サラダの上からはパセリのようなものがかけられています。
鮮やかな黄色をしていて、見た目もオシャレでとってもおいしそうですね～！！
