日本航空機長の飲酒問題 中野国交相 “踏み込んだ対策求める”
日本航空の国際線の機長が先月、滞在先で社内規定に違反して酒を飲み、出発便に遅れが出た問題について、中野国土交通大臣は、繰り返し飲酒の問題が起きていることは大変、遺憾だとして、会社に踏み込んだ対策を求めました。
先月、ホノルル発中部空港行きの便に乗務する予定だった日本航空の機長が、滞在先のホテルで社内規定に違反して酒を飲み、乗務予定の便など3便に最大18時間余りの遅れが出ました。
日本航空では過度な飲酒などの問題が相次ぎ、滞在先での飲酒を禁止していましたが、その中で今回、問題が起きたことから、国土交通省は10日、会社を厳重注意しました。
これについて中野国土交通大臣は、12日の閣議のあとの記者会見で「再発防止に向けた取り組みなどを講じてきているにもかかわらず繰り返し、飲酒事案が起きたということは大変遺憾だ」と述べました。
そのうえで、中野大臣は、会社に対し、安全管理システムの見直しや乗務員の飲酒傾向の管理の強化など再発防止策を検討し報告するよう求めているとして、「今度こそ社員一人一人の安全意識が徹底されるように、これまで以上に踏み込んだ対策を進めてもらいたい」と述べました。
