ハウス栽培のさくらんぼ「佐藤錦」収穫始まる 山梨 南アルプス
全国有数のさくらんぼの産地として知られる山梨県南アルプス市で、ハウス栽培された「佐藤錦」の収穫が始まりました。
南アルプス市は全国有数のさくらんぼの産地で、このうち西野地区の農家、手塚政廣さんの農業用ハウスでは、18日から収穫作業が始まりました。
収穫されたのは「佐藤錦」で、手塚さんは脚立にのぼると実の色づきや熟し方を確認しながら、1粒1粒丁寧に摘み取ってかごに入れていきました。
JA全農やまなしによりますと、ハウス栽培の「佐藤錦」の収穫は去年より10日ほど早く始まったということで、市場での取り引き価格は80グラムのパック詰めで800円前後を見込んでいて、首都圏をはじめ県内などにも順次出荷されます。
山梨県内でハウス栽培されているさくらんぼの収穫は、母の日などで需要が高まる来月上旬にピークを迎え、合わせておよそ3.3トンの出荷を見込んでいるということです。
手塚さんは「暖冬の影響はありましたが、収穫を迎えることができてほっとしています。皆さんにはおいしく味わっていただけるとうれしいです」と話していました。
